The furnace wall

The furnace wall is a 128 × 128 pixel logo wall on the quaiaxe.com home page (since quaiaxe.com 1.12.0). Anyone can buy a spot at www.quaiaxe.com/pixels (Turkish: /tr/pixels) and pay in QUAI with their wallet.

Prices and sizes

Smallest placement2 × 2 pixels (40 QUAI on free space)
Largest placement32 × 32 pixels (10,240 QUAI on free space)
DurationPermanent

The quote is exact before you pay: the page counts which of your pixels are free and which are already painted, and shows free × 10 QUAI + painted over × 150 QUAI. Network gas is extra and shown by your wallet. Newer logos always draw over older ones; a pixel you paint over still belongs to the wall's history, it is simply covered.

What you attach

  • A logo: PNG, JPEG or WebP. The page fits it inside your rectangle without stretching and stores it at 8 screen pixels per wall pixel (at most 64 KB).
  • A name (1–64 characters), shown when someone hovers over or focuses your logo.
  • A link: a public https:// website, opened in a new tab when someone clicks your logo.

How buying works

  1. Pick your rectangle on the wall (drag, tap, or use the arrow keys; Shift + arrows resizes) and add your logo, name and link.
  2. Connect wallet and pay. The server prices the rectangle again and holds those pixels for 15 minutes so nobody else can buy them while you pay. Pixels someone else is paying for show a dashed outline.
  3. Your wallet asks you to send the exact quote to the QuaiAxe wallet 0x000465572160E50fE61CD3bebE1DD37fcB2C6145 (QuaiAxe's own wallet, not a Hartii wallet; since 22 October 2026). It is a plain QUAI transfer; there is no contract.
  4. The page checks the payment on chain and your logo appears on the home page once the payment has two confirmations. If you close the page, it resumes the check when you come back; you can also paste your transaction hash under "Already paid? Check a transaction".

A payment counts only when all of this is true: it was sent by the wallet that reserved the pixels, it went to the QuaiAxe wallet, the amount equals the quote exactly, the transaction succeeded, and its hash has not paid for anything else.

Refunds

If a real payment cannot be placed — the wrong amount was sent, or the payment arrived after the 15-minute hold and the pixels had changed or were being bought by someone else — the order is marked refund due and the QUAI is sent back by hand from the wallet that was paid. Cancelling in the wallet sends nothing; the hold simply ends.

Moderation

Logos show as soon as the payment confirms. Abusive logos can be hidden: the space stays owned and counts as painted, but shows no logo, name or link.

Separate from mining and burns

Pixel payments go to the QuaiAxe wallet. They are not mining rewards, not burn-vault deposits and not QAXE buybacks, and the wall never shows invented sales: unsold space is a dim axe drawn in code.

For builders

The wall is served by the HartiiLabs API (Labs 1.28.0; since 1.29.0 it pays the QuaiAxe wallet):

  • GET https://hartiilabs.com/api/qaxe-pixels/wall: the grid, prices, the pay-to address (payTo), every paid placement in drawing order (id, x, y, w, h, seq, paidAt, name, url, logo, or hidden: true) and the cells currently held. Cached for 5 seconds; a database failure answers 503, never an empty wall.
  • GET /api/qaxe-pixels/logo/:id: the logo bytes (immutable).
  • POST /api/qaxe-pixels/reserve with {x, y, w, h, name, url, buyer, logo} (logo as a data:image/...;base64, URL): returns {id, amountWei, payTo, expiresAt, ...} or 409 while someone else holds any of the cells.
  • POST /api/qaxe-pixels/confirm with {id, txHash}: 202 while waiting for confirmations, then status: "paid" or "refund_needed"; 422 when the transaction is not a payment for this order.
