HBOME governance

The HBOME governance contract is live on Quai mainnet. It is a separate on-chain system from the hbome.dev holder room and public tracker. The website does not submit governance actions in this release.

Deployment record

These identifiers prove where the contract was deployed. They do not prove that a proposal will pass, that the vault holds funds or that participation has financial value.

What it can do

HBOME holders can enrol tokens in the contract and use the voting paths defined by its source. Passed proposals can direct HBOME held in the governance vault within the contract's fixed rails. The Chair can use the contract's defined proposal and veto paths, but the contract does not provide an arbitrary-call escape hatch, a token mint or a burn function.

The exact rules live in the verified source and contract state. Read those before taking any action; this guide does not restate private allocation plans or turn them into a public promise.

Current boundary

The governance vault is empty until it is funded. Deployment alone did not move HBOME into it. Any later vault funding is a separate on-chain transaction and must be verified independently. The holder room does not enrol a wallet, cast a vote or grant governance rights, and the public tracker remains read-only.

There is no hosted governance UI in this release. Use the contract and explorer only if you understand the calls, gas and irreversible token movement involved.
